SCHOOL CLOSING INFO:
Litchfield CUSD # 12 posts information regarding school cancellation to the following outlets in the following priority order:
- 1)DIRECT to Families in the Litchfield App, text messaging, and recorded phone call
- 2)On the district website in the Live Feed (www.lcusd12.org)
- 3)On our district Facebook page
- 4)WSMI Radio FM 106 and AM 1540
- 5)TV (as available)
If we do not have a mobile and /or home number or you have not provided this information or have opted out, you will not receive notices. If you have not downloaded the Litchfield App to your mobile device, you will not receive notices.
ROOMS APP (Inside of the Litchfield APP) ALL of our teachers have access to and utilize the ROOMS app inside of the Litchfield app. If you have not signed up and logged into this app or have chosen to opt out, you are missing important information that is provided for your child and is our main direct home communication tool. In the case of a school closing, information regarding assignments, especially for our elementary students, will likely be pushed to this app so parents are aware of what is expected for the day prior to return to school.
